Your Council members are staying in touch with members and visitors on a regular basis. Help them out by checking in on your neighbors and friends – call an elderly person you know. Offer to run to the grocery store or order groceries for them. Those living alone feel the isolation even more, a friendly phone call to chat can make their day. Just because they have family checking in on them doesn’t mean they wouldn’t appreciate a call from you, and you’d be doing those family members a great service.
The office continues to remain “open” regular hours. If you have questions or concerns, do not hesitate to call.
Peace be with each and every one of you.
